Jutro odwiedza moj domek znajomki z Hamilton wiec specjalnie  na ta okazje ukrecilam likier z jaj.
Wyprobowany i podobno pyszny jak twierdza wszyscy ktorzy posmakowali,pomyslalam sobie wpisze tu przepis moze sie skusi i ktos z Was.  Bedzie mi bardzo milo, Smacznego .


Tomorrow I will be visiting close friends in Hamilton. So especially for this occasion I concocted a liqueur from eggs. Its tested an apparently very tasty according to everyone who had tried it. I thought I should add it here and hope it lures you to try it also. I'd be delighted. Cheers!

1szkl.spirytusu
1 cukier waniliowy lub ekstrat z wanili(pol lyzeczki)
1 lyzeczka  aromatic bitters-angostura


Zoltka ucieramy z cukrem I wanilia do uzyskania gladkiej masy.Potem dodajemy kremowke  ciagle ucierajac.Do tego  wlewamy druga smietane I8% mieszajac.Na koncu dodaje aromatic bitters.         
Nastepnie do dobrze wymieszanej masy pomalenku wlewamy spirytus,ciagle mieszajac.
I tak gotowy juz przelewamy do butelek.
Mozna wszystkie czynnosci wykonywac robotem do chwili az zaczniemy  wlewac spirytus.
Ja ucieram  w makutrze drewniana kulka jeszcze ta ktora  wszystkie ciasta i likery ucierala moja ukochana babunia. Smacznego


12 egg yolks
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of cream  35%
1 cup of cream 18%
1 cup of spirit
1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of Aromatic Bitters-angostura


Egg yolks blend with the sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.  Add in 35% cream and keep mixing followed by the 18% cream. Then add the Aromatic Bitters and keep mixing to get a very smooth mixture.  Finally, we add the spirit, bit by bit slowly. When completely mixed we pour out into bottles.
You can do everything by using an electric mixer (except the spirit which must be stirred in by hand) I mix everything by and with a wooden club, which was used before me by my dear Grandmother for all her amazing liqueurs and cakes. Enjoy!
