Hello fall

Hello dear ones!
Since Saturday its been autumn! I welcomed it with my favorite flowers - mums, a fall bundt cake, cupcake and mini bundts. And all this came from one delicious recipe batter. The cake is moist, aromatic and heavy with spices, so autumnish and perfect for a cup of morning tea.

Whoever should be interested with decorating their house with pumpkins this fall, I encourage you to visit sweet  Lori, at Family Trees May Contain Nuts. She's recently started a challenge! :)

Thank you for all the warm get well wishes and comments! I wish you all many smiles and colorful days! :*

2 1/4 cup of flour
1 cup of butter
2 cups of sugar
1 cup plain yoghurt
3 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease and flour a 9 by 13 inch bundt pan.
Cream the butter and sugar in one bowl and combine all the other ingredients in another -- mix well.
Mix all ingredients until well combined and then for 2 more minutes. Pour into the pan and bake until the toothpick you poke inside comes out clean. (around 30-35 min)

If you want to make it a bit fancier and in a different shape, have fun, you might add apple slices, raisins and nuts as I have, and top with a delicious honey glaze! If you want to make cupcakes, you might add in a cream filled chocolate on the inside and garnish with maple syrup glaze. And if you plan to make tiny bundt cakesters, you just might fill them with chocolate or mousse. In other words, teh cake is delicious and can be used in every shape!

Dear Katherina,
such yummy things to eat again, I think you are a master cook- and so beautiful presented it is all.
How are you dear? I hope much better.
I`m starting christmas goods produktion now, and must be very bussy the coming months at my sewingmaschine!
I had a wonderful week with the kids, they lives far away and I don`t see them ogten, so it is alwayes sad, to say goodby--this time I`m lucky as they will visit with mom and dad in 3 weeks again :-)
So hope you feel good, and sends you warm hugs.

Kasiu pyszności aż mi się zachciało coś słodkiego!
Co do różowej dyni to myślę, że nic różowego nie przebije jej! ;)
Jeszcze w życiu takiego okazu nie widziałam a żyję już dość długo! ;)
